This high-rise under construction in NYC was designed by the same firm that did the "Bird's Nest" in Beijing. If we were trust-fund heirs this would be one of our residences in 2010. Very cool video below.

Whoa, I'm gonna have to check this building out more thoroughly. I can see it from one of the places I work but I never knew anything about it.
